Our intensive 2-day HVLP Spray Painting Course has been designed to help experienced spray painters further develop their knowledge and practical skills using HVLP spray systems. Delivered by qualified City & Guilds professionals, this hands-on course is ideal for decorators, carpenters, joiners and tradespeople looking to produce high-quality, professional spray finishes.
Throughout the course, you'll gain a thorough understanding of HVLP spray systems, compressor setup, spray gun selection, air pressure, fluid control, spray patterns and equipment maintenance. Practical training includes spraying a variety of surfaces, including doors, furniture and MDF panels, allowing you to develop the confidence and consistency required to achieve professional factory-quality finishes.
To maximise practical learning, all courses are limited to small groups of just 2–3 participants. This ensures every student receives extensive hands-on experience, individual guidance and plenty of time using the equipment rather than simply observing demonstrations.
Our aim is to provide practical, real-world training that allows students to refine their spraying techniques and confidently apply their new skills within their own business or profession.
